Welcome to Seraphic Apparel. These terms govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
1. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of an error, we may cancel or refund the order.
2. Pre-Orders & Shipping
Pre-orders are taken in advance of product availability. By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait for fulfillment, which may take several weeks depending on production and shipping timelines.
Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, but in some cases, it may take up to 2–3 weeks (such as during holidays, supplier delays, or temporary shop closures). While we will always do our best to fulfill orders promptly, we appreciate your patience in exceptional circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.
3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are generally final.
However, if you receive the wrong item or incorrect size, please email us within 7 days of delivery at seraphicapparelco@gmail.com. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect orders, and must include photo proof and your order number. If your situation meets these criteria, we’ll take care of it.
We do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse or sizing issues if the correct item was received.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including designs, logos, product images, and text — is the intellectual property of Seraphic Apparel.
Some artwork featured in our store has been developed using digital tools, including AI-assisted generators, in combination with human editing. These designs are original, customized, and legally used for commercial purposes. All AI-generated or enhanced artwork is reviewed and tailored to reflect the brand’s mission of expressing love for Jesus Christ. These tools are used to support creativity and are not a replacement for human intent or purpose.
You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this site without prior written consent from Seraphic Apparel.
5. Use of AI and Digital Tools
Some designs may involve AI-generated content or digital enhancements. These are ethically sourced, edited, and made with the purpose of glorifying Christ — not the technology itself. Our goal is to support creative expression while remaining legally compliant and spiritually grounded.
6. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any information collected during the ordering process is kept secure and used solely for fulfilling orders or communication. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with those laws.
