Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary during busy periods, promotional sales, or other unforeseen events.
Preorders
If you have placed a preorder, please note that your item(s) will be shipped once production and fulfillment are complete.
Preorders typically ship within 4-8 weeks of the preorder period ending. This may vary depending on factors such as manufacturing time, availability, and shipping.
We will notify you once your preorder has been shipped, and you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
Shipping Time
Once your order (or preorder) is processed, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days within Canada and the United States.
However, in some cases, it may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on external factors like weather, holidays, or unexpected delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, location, and the weight of your order.
We currently offer standard shipping within Canada and the U.S.
International shipping is available at an additional cost, and shipping times may vary.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package.
Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update once it’s been shipped.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at seraphicapparelco@gmail.com. We will investigate and assist you in resolving the issue, which may include issuing a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
For lost packages, please allow 5-10 business days after the expected delivery date before contacting us.
Delays and Shipping Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Seraphic Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors such as weather, holidays, or natural disasters.

Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely shipping. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
If you wish to change the shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible.
Backorders
In the rare event that an item is out of stock after placing your order, we will notify you and give you the option to either wait for the item to restock or receive a full refund. We do not backorder items unless stated otherwise.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
