Refund policy

At Seraphic Apparel, every order supports a greater purpose — and because of that, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns unless:

The item arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Or you received the wrong size

If that happens, we’ll make it right. Email us at seraphicapparelco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll send a replacement, no hassle.

Wrong Size?

If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, we get it — it happens. We’ll send you a replacement size, no need to return the original. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery and cover the shipping cost if needed.

Wrong Address?

If the address provided is incorrect and the order is lost or returned, we can’t be held responsible. If it's returned, we can reship it — but you'll need to cover the cost of shipping.

Shipping Timeline

All orders placed during the pre-order phase are made-to-order. Please allow 4–8 weeks for production and delivery. We’ll keep you updated along the way, and any delays will be communicated.

Regular Orders:

Processing time: 2–5 business days

Shipping time: Usually 2–5 business days

In rare cases, such as during high volume or if we're away, shipping may take up to 2–3 weeks. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay, so you’re never left in the dark.

Tracking Info

All orders are shipped with tracking. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If the tracking shows the package was delivered, we consider that final.

No Returns For:

Changing your mind

Not liking the item

Ordering the wrong size but not wanting a replacement

Anything reported after 7 days of delivery

Chargebacks & Fraud

All chargebacks are investigated thoroughly. We document all orders, tracking info, and customer communication. Fraudulent claims will be disputed — we protect our mission and the customers who genuinely support it.
